Waiver of Liability (to be signed by owner / skipper responsible for the boat and crew)
Participants compete at their own risk and responsibility. The safety of a boat and its entire management shall be the sole responsibility of the entrant/skipper racing the boat.
The Royal Yacht Club the Kaag, Yacht Club Braassemermeer, the Race Committee, the Class Organisation or any other party involved in the organisation of the 2006 Regatta for the Int. 5.5 Class cannot be held responsible for any personal or material damage (including but not limited to death, injury, consequential losses) sustained prior to, during or after the races. Each boat entered shall have a third party liability insurance with a minimum cover of € 1.000.000,- per event or the equivalent in the currency of the country of registration of the boat.
It is a condition of entry that the Waiver of liability on the entry form is signed by the entrant.
